KARTIKKEYA MANDALA – The Garland of Light
Te Moata Retreat Center in Coromandel
Two sessions per day 7-9am & 4-6pm
$1,370 per person - yoga tuition, twin share accommodation, vegetarian/vegan meals.
Morning sessions will be linear to work energy into the blood for the day.
Afternoon sessions have swaying movements moving energy into the nerves for night/sleeping.
Yoga experience required.
